Should you wish to return your order your rights are protected under the EU distance selling directive. You have 14 days to return the goods to us (at the customers expense). Please ensure that packaging is in the original condition in which you received it (as new), otherwise we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Should your purchase come broken or damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods via email@example.com.
In the event an item is received broken or damaged, you will be given a full refund or we will be happy to exchange the item, dependent on what you are likely to prefer. Please keep the original packaging so we can arrange for collection of the damaged goods in exchange for the replacement.
Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us. On receipt of your items, we will inspect them and issue a refund with 2-3 working days. Refunds will be made to where the original sale was taken from.
